All products are manufactured to order and can take 5-15 working days to be made and dispatched. We use Royal Mail & DPD Local for all deliveries and goods will only be left if a signature can be obtained.
We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard & Visa. Payments can also be made by BACS payment. We do accept orders on account subject to credit checks.
We will only accept returns on faulty products within 14 days of purchase. Please raise the issue as soon as possible on receipt of goods so we can get replacements organised subject to inspecting the items.
Due to the detail involved and complexity of orders we do ask that you email all information across to firstname.lastname@example.org enclosing all necessary files including logos in order to send an accurate quotation for approval before progressing to order stage. Where items are available to purchase online we would kindly ask you try to use the online ordering system to help support our staff and free up time to print and manufacture the orders.
